Payments and license delivery are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the online reseller and Merchant of Record. Pricing, applicable taxes, payment methods, seller information, and transaction terms are displayed at checkout.

Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Anyao Multi Video Player (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Subject to these terms, Anyao Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software. Pro is a one-time purchase that provides a lifetime license for up to five active devices at a time. You can deactivate a device before moving the license to another device. Manual activation resets are not guaranteed. If a device is lost, damaged, erased, or otherwise unavailable before deactivation, its activation may remain in use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or use a license key to provide unauthorized access to others.

Your Pro license remains valid when you update the Software, and an additional purchase is not required. Available updates to Anyao Multi Video Player may be installed at no additional charge. A lifetime license does not guarantee that future updates, new features, fixes, or compatibility updates will be released.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the videos and other files you open, your right to use them, and maintaining appropriate backups. Do not use the Software in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability and changes

Features, system requirements, and availability may change. Updates, continued compatibility with every operating system, and support for every media format or hardware configuration are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, anyao disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the Software or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Support Policy

Questions, bug reports, and license issues are accepted by email on a reasonable-efforts basis. Individual setup assistance, training, custom development, support for obsolete operating systems, and recovery of user files are not included.

A reply, fix, feature addition, specific response time, or manual activation reset is not guaranteed. When reporting a problem, include the app version, operating system version, steps to reproduce it, and any non-sensitive error details.

Privacy Policy

The Software is designed to process videos locally on your device. It does not intentionally upload your video files to anyao. This website currently uses no account system, advertising tracker, or analytics service.

If you activate Pro, the license key and activation identifier are stored in the app's local user-data folder and used to validate the license with Polar. The Software does not use macOS Keychain or Electron Safe Storage for this purpose.

If you contact support, the information you send—such as your email address, message, and diagnostic details—is used to respond, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and maintain relevant records. Do not send confidential videos, passwords, license keys, or unnecessary personal information.

Purchases and license delivery are processed by Polar. Payment and transaction information provided during checkout is handled under Polar’s terms and privacy policy. anyao may receive order details needed to provide the license and support.

Support information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us.

Payments & Refunds

Pro is a digitally delivered license. Before purchasing, please use the Free version to confirm that the Software works in your environment and meets your needs.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or compatibility issues.

Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, failure to deliver or activate a valid Pro license that cannot be resolved through support, or where required by applicable law. Polar, as the Merchant of Record, may also process refunds under its Buyer Terms or to prevent payment disputes.

For a payment or license issue, contact support with the email address used for the purchase and your order number. Do not include full payment-card details.
